Important Alert! Companies Act 2006

Are you aware that the Companies Act that was passed last year now requires you to include your registered company details on all correspondence, including your outgoing emails and your website?

This was part of the Act that was enforced from January 1st this year and if you don't comply you could have to pay a hefty fine.
