Motorcycle Diaries

To raise money for the premature baby charity BLISS two intrepid motorcyclists under the banner of '10in10' took to the roads of Europe this May to visit 10 capital cities in just 10 days; a journey of over 4,000 miles.

Absolute have become a key member of the 10in10 team by creating the logo and designing, producing and hosting the 10in10 website for free as well as continuing to keep the site updated during the travels. Subsequently the 10in10 website www.10in10.co.uk will provide a central information point that will allow people to make a donation to support the pair's fundraising initiative for BLISS, track their progress en-route via some specially developed graphics and the use of high quality technology which allowed pics and messages to be forwarded back to the website on a daily basis providing an exciting and almost interactive experience for visitors to the site.

Absolute also have a personal interest in BLISS charity as graphic designer Henry's little boy was born prematurely and benefited from the charities work.

In a statement Tom said: "I have been amazed by the level of support we have received from everyone but a special debt of gratitude is directed at Absolute Design's team, who have been with us since the conception of the 10in10 event, their generosity and professionalism has produced a website which we are all extremely proud of and which has played a vital role in enabling us to secure our major event sponsors Harley Davidson UK and Corus Engineering Steels".

The site will continue to function as an important tool from which people will be able to learn more about the trip, the supporters of 10in10 and most importantly a central information point that will allow people to make a donation to support the pair's fundraising initiative for BLISS and their work to improve the outcome for the 80,000 babies born prematurely or sick in the UK every year.
